TIM CAN HACK STUFF. This is very firmly established in canon - he's no Oracle, but he was given training by her, and his first real case was cracking Anarky's MoneySpider program when Batman couldn't (and was also busy failing to save Tim's parents). I am considering that he can't hack anything labelled ENCRYPTED unless you want him to, and he can make Encrypted posts himself but it takes extra time.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:

- Please tell me if it is okay for Tim to hack your PRIVATE threads. Cases where he will probably do that: if you're a Gotham Rogue or he hates you. I'M LOOKING AT YOU SLADE B| Or if you've been particularly suspicious. (Or if he cares about you, sorry Dick)

-Tell me if you WANT Tim to hack any PRIVATE or ENCRYPTED threads, and give me links, if you'd be interested in getting him involved in a plot that way!

-I guess you can also tell me if you NEVER EVER want him to hack ANYTHING YOU DO EVER B)

-Hit me up if you'd like Tim to do some more serious hacking into your character's systems for any plot or fun purposes, too :3

Starscream - No. Starscream is not only an accomplished hacker himself, he uses very alien programming languages and encryption protocols that would probably make Tim just go "Buhwhat"

Same deal as Hush. Encrypted is sealed, everything else is fair game; Eddie's no Calculator, but he's a smart guy and loves likes his precious secrets.

Natasha always encrypts, and is quite tech-savvy herself, so that's harder.

I don't think he'll push too hard at Natasha's, she hasn't pinged his interest yet. If it comes up in future, I'll talk to you about it and we can work out whether Tim cracking it would actually work for plot, but in general I think he will just be defeated by her spy skills~

Duo: I'd say no, especially his encrypted stuff, seeing as he comes from likely 3 centuries or more into Tim's future and was haxxoring before he hit double digits. That, and it's sort of one of his specialties.
THEN AGAIN he's generally a good guy so I can't anticipate a reason for Tim to hack him. Let it be known that Duo hacks everything he can get his hands on though, like a creeper information miner.

Sabrina, I-No and Pepper can all be hacked to your delight.

Harry can't even figure out how to shot web when it comes to making his threads private. Hacking him's going to be about as hard as...a not very hard thing.

Not that Tim has any reason to want to, as far as I can tell.

Terry is pretty handy with computers himself, being from the future, and has become more so in his time as Batman. Plus he possesses 1337 hax0rz suit that can do all sorts of crazy things technologically and is mildly technopathic himself at this point so IMMA GONNA SAY that when he really cares about security and is doing his super-de-dooper ultra-private self-coded batman threads it is HIGHLY UNLIKELY that Tim would be able to hack them, at least not without truly ridiculous amounts of effort that probably wouldn't be worth it and maybe not even then.

Everything else, however, is fair game. Terry's no slouch, but Tim could figure stuff out if he sunk some time into it. Just. You know. It'd take some time to break in and all that.

I tend to try to differentiate these sorts of things, but if you ever have a question as to whether Tim would be able to break in you can ask me <3 I MEAN IT'S NOT AS IF HE DOESN'T HAVE A REASON TO CHECK PERIODICALLY TO SEE IF TERRY IS PLANNING HIS DEMISE....
